1. Fresh Ginger drink

How to make Ginger drink for common cold cough and flu season

  •  1/2 cup of fresh chopped ginger with skin on.
  • 1 table spoon of coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Blend the fresh ginger and the black pepper in a blender/grinder and add some water to help the blending process. Now strain the drink n pulp into a cup with a cheese cloth. Mix the lemon juice and stir well. Now store in a glass jar/bottle.  Keep it in refrigerator to preserve freshness. Keep it room temperature at least 1/2 hour before consuming it. Use 2/3 teaspoons  2 to 3 times a day.  Stir well before taking the mixture as the ginger will get to the bottom of the bottle.
